UP PKJ TIM Head, Imam Hadi Purnomo said, recent condition of building which has three floor height and 6,000 square meters wide had some damages on several areas. Such as roof leakage, mechanical and electrical problems.
"Many parts are leaking. Escalator also cannot be operated this recent years," he said, Monday (4/24).
Acting Governor Opens Teater Jakarta FestivalHe explained, renovation will cost around Rp 22 billion. Besides repair the roof and mechanical electric, they will renovate the floor and beautify the stage.
